App submitted

MyHealth Lite has been submitted to the App Store! The application is pending but find below the description which will go with the application:

"MyHealth Lite is a health and personal stat tracking program. Any conditions / symptoms can be entered and manually tracked by the user on a rating of 1-10 providing you a concise medical log with multiple entries per day as well as the ability to take notes.

Reports can be compiled and viewed to see how symptoms have changed over a certain time period, using the built in email functions the report can be send to a health professional or person of your choice with a single tap!

Soon an enhanced version allowing manual data entry to record other things such as exact heart rate, temperature and blood sugar levels will be created if this app is received well enough.

This app can be used to describe using a slider how you feel or how symptoms present themselves, for instance if you have a bad cough one day, you could rate it 7/10, if it got better the next day, you could rate it 3/10. If you have a long-term chronic condition such as ME, IBS/IBD (Crohn’s / Colitis) this app could be extremely useful for you, allowing you to monitor and note the changes in your condition over time. Being able to see exactly when and how things changed could make the difference to successful management of your condition.

Please find basic instructions for use below:

Enter your doctor’s information by going to Settings-> Doctors
Enter your email server details by going to Settings-> Mail (Mail settings are to allow the application to email reports). If you are using GMail, make sure to enable Authentication AND SSL

To Add a condition go to Settings->Conditions & Symptoms and enter a Condition, in order to add a symptom, tap on the condition and tap 'Add'

To add records, first go to 'Add' and select the condition/symptoms you with you add a record for, you can then use the sliders and notes to describe your symptoms!

To make a condition 'inactive'. Go to 'Tracking' and swipe across on the condition you wish to remove, this will place it in the 'Inactive' section where it can then be deleted.
